- The first phase of this mixed-use, upscale project includes an upscale Main Street of shops anchored by Macy's and Neiman Marcus, and Borders Books. This projects boasts a choice of nine first class restaurants including national names like KonaGrill, McCormick and Schmicks, DiMaggio, CPK and The Daily Grill, and boutique owner/chef restaurants inclusive of North and Jasper's and a gourmet grocer with take-out catering, Oakville Grocers. There is a 90,000 SF Class Office Building and 390 residential units that opened as part of the project.
In the Summer of 2008, Flemings, Cru Wine Bar, a full service day spa and Splitsville, a high end, interactive bowling experience, will add to the entertainment options at The Domain. In Fall of 2008, 44,000 SF of new retail space will open at The Domain with an additional 26 residential units.
- Domain Phase II will commence construction in June of 2008 with completion slated for November 2009. The second phase of the project will include a three-level Dillard's, a Village Road Show theatre that will be unique to central Texas and a Dick's Sporting Goods. Domain II will also includes world-class dining with Maggiano's, BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. The project will include another 411 residential units and 75,000 SF of Class A office space.
In 2010, The Westin Hotel will open, adding a four-star, full-service hotel with 340 guest rooms. ...less
